ABOUT
“It’s not just about exercise — it’s about moving with freedom, confidence and ease at every stage of life.”
Hi, I’m Rochelle Fox.
I’m a 37-year-old personal trainer and health coach specialising in longevity, functional strength, and diverse movement. I work with people across all stages of life — including those living with chronic conditions, seniors, and anyone returning to movement after a period of inactivity.
My approach combines evidence-based science with lived experience. I help you reclaim your body, restore function, and build strength in a way that supports a sustainable, higher quality of life.
I understand what it’s like to feel limited by chronic illness — and I also know that change is possible. Whether you’re rebuilding after setbacks or working proactively to prevent dysfunction, I’m here to support you in finding your way back to a fuller, more capable life.
I believe lasting change comes from a holistic approach that integrates movement, lifestyle, and mindful practices — so you can move freely, feel strong, and thrive at any stage of life.
