Personal Training Services

  • Functional strength, fascia health, mobility, balance, coordination, proprioception and awareness for everyday life.

  • Mindful and diverse movement that strengthens muscles, supports connective tissue and nurtures the nervous system.

  • Includes a variety of movement patterns, in a controlled manner, such as unilateral, contralateral, rotational, flexion, extension, diagonal, lateral flexion and more.

Health Coaching Services (Add on service)

  • Guidance on dietary diversity, basic nutritional and longevity coaching.

  • Personal training as described above.

Session Locations:

In-person sessions locally available in the Wyndham area and neighbouring suburbs, including Werribee (Victoria, Australia). Whilst Personal Training sessions may be offered in-person locally or online, all Health / Nutrition Coaching sessions are conducted online.

PERSONAL TRAINING (PT)

Live single sessions (in-person or online)

  • $80 per 45-minute session

  • $100 per 1-hour session

  • $120 per 75-min session

* First session is free - consultation and assessment.

* Packages encouraged to ensure lasting results and meaningful progress.

ADD-ON

  • Train with a partner or friend: add $30 per session

PRE-RECORDED PT SESSIONS

Affordable and self-paced!

Strength & conditioning:

  • $10 for 4 exercises

  • $15 for 6 exercises

  • $20 for 8 exercises

  • $30 for 12 exercises

Daily mobility work:

Warm up & recovery, fascia, nervous system & lymphatic health

  • Basic / beginners $5

  • Intermediate / Advanced $10
