Personal Training Services
Functional strength, fascia health, mobility, balance, coordination, proprioception and awareness for everyday life.
Mindful and diverse movement that strengthens muscles, supports connective tissue and nurtures the nervous system.
Includes a variety of movement patterns, in a controlled manner, such as unilateral, contralateral, rotational, flexion, extension, diagonal, lateral flexion and more.
Health Coaching Services (Add on service)
Guidance on dietary diversity, basic nutritional and longevity coaching.
Personal training as described above.
Session Locations:
In-person sessions locally available in the Wyndham area and neighbouring suburbs, including Werribee (Victoria, Australia). Whilst Personal Training sessions may be offered in-person locally or online, all Health / Nutrition Coaching sessions are conducted online.
