Meet Rochelle Fox
I am a 38 year old Personal Trainer who offers personal training and nutrition coaching centred around longevity, quality of life, diverse and functional movement to build strength and vitality — at any age or stage of life. If you want to feel stronger and improve your quality of life, you’re in the right place. If you commit, you won’t just look good — you’ll feel good too.
I also bring both professional and lived experience supporting chronic conditions, including back pain, postural issues, weight gain, fatigue, fibromyalgia, hypermobility, and more. I am deeply passionate about helping people not just manage their health and fitness, but truly thrive and live life to the fullest.
My qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Sciences, Diploma of Health Sciences, and Certificate III and IV in Fitness. My studies encompass human anatomy and physiology, fitness training, nutrition and food sciences, public health, psychology, and research and methods.
